Job Description :
  • Analyzing the needs of office facilities
  • Analyzing costs for providing and maintaining all facilities and supporting facilities for office activities
  • Establish working relationships with facility provider vendors
  • Make work procedures for inspection and maintenance of facilities
  • Conduct a survey of the level of employee satisfaction with office facilities
  • Prepare reports on assets and office expenses for monthly budget meetings
  • Handling complaints related to office facilities and infrastructur
Requirements :
  • Minimal semester 7
  • Commited to attend minimal 60% attendance per month
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficient in English
  • Willing to learn and initiative
  • Good communication, presentation and proficient skills
