Job Description :
1. Take care of all forms of personnel and general administration activities to support the creation of neat and complete departmental administration system
2. Coordinate the procurement needs of each department to support operations
3. Support for tenant & building maintenance
 
Job Requirements :
1. Familiar with BPJS Health & Labor coordination and process for every employee
2. Familiar with flow of Purchase Service or Items
3. Basic understanding for Legal Review
4. Familiar with Recruitment Process
5. Familiar with Salary Calculation and Process
6. Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel formula, Word, Presentation)
