HR & GA is responsible for all areas relating to HR & GA Activities including to provide advice, assistance and follow up on company policies, procedures and documentation
 
JOBDESC:
  • Conduct recruitment planning and control the recruitment process (Analyse, screening, selecting, test, interview candidate, offering and make employee letter PKWT-PKWTT)
  • Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permit, Warning Letter, etc)
  • Compensation & Benefit (Monitoring BPJS, daily allowance, make payroll calculation, overtime, etc)
  • Monitor Problem and issues and promptly reporting to General Manager & HRGA Manager (HO)
  • Manage and supervise in the usage of the company’s inventory & assets
  • Responsible for General Affiar (Security, Building Maintenance, Transportation, Asset, Legal Document, etc)
  • Responsible for ensuring and maintaining good relations between the company (management) with employees or the company with the surrounding environment
  • Analyzing employee performance
  • Evaluate the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and other procedures directly related to the HRGA section
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. At least 3 years experience in the same position
  2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management / Law / Psychology or other relevant fields
  3. Experienced in carrying out HRGA operational activities
  4. Experienced in the making and filing of budgets related to the HRGA section
  5. Have in-depth knowledge of labor laws
  6. Having English skills is a must
  7. Microsoft Office
  8. Good Communication and negotiation skills
  9. Able to work under pressure and timeline
  10. Detailed oriented
