Deskripsi Pekerjaan
HR & GA is responsible for all areas relating to HR & GA Activities including to provide advice, assistance and follow up on company policies, procedures and documentation
JOBDESC:
- Conduct recruitment planning and control the recruitment process (Analyse, screening, selecting, test, interview candidate, offering and make employee letter PKWT-PKWTT)
- Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permit, Warning Letter, etc)
- Compensation & Benefit (Monitoring BPJS, daily allowance, make payroll calculation, overtime, etc)
- Monitor Problem and issues and promptly reporting to General Manager & HRGA Manager (HO)
- Manage and supervise in the usage of the company’s inventory & assets
- Responsible for General Affiar (Security, Building Maintenance, Transportation, Asset, Legal Document, etc)
Responsible for ensuring and maintaining good relations between the company (management) with employees or the company with the surrounding environment
Analyzing employee performance
Evaluate the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and other procedures directly related to the HRGA section
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years experience in the same position
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management / Law / Psychology or other relevant fields
Experienced in carrying out HRGA operational activities
Experienced in the making and filing of budgets related to the HRGA section
Have in-depth knowledge of labor laws
- Having English skills is a must
- Microsoft Office
- Good Communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure and timeline
- Detailed oriented
