Job description:

Conduct safety patrol & reporting,safety briefing, safety induction, dan safety training
Investigation accident
Monthly Report HSE
Implementation of MK3L policies and guidelines based on government regulations applicable to the needs of the company
Hazard identification and MK3L risk assessment in the company environment
Having experience about APAR Inspection, P3K, dan APD
Truck checking

Qualification:

Minimum 2 years experiences in Preferably experienced in Logistic (Warehouse / Transportation) company
Having knowledge about all process in Warehouse, Transport/Trucking, 5S, Safety regulation will be advantaged
Having knowledge about first aider technique
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
AAK3U certificate by Kemenakertrans may be advantaged
Excellent knowledge JSA & HIRAC
Familiar with computerized system (MS Office)
Energetic, dynamic, and hard working
Placement in CIBITUNG & SEMPER
