Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:
  • Menjadi jembatan komunikasi antara tim HRD di pusat dan karyawan operasional di Area
  • Membuat kontrak kerja karyawan serta memantau masa berlakunya kontrak kerja.
  • Membantu mengelola kebutuhan BPJS bagi karyawan operasional di Area
  • Melaksanakan proses Sosialisasi HR (Sosialisasi BPJS, PKWT, Peraturan Perusahaan, dll)
  • Membantu dalam proses rekrutmen untuk bagian operasional seperti Fleet, Warehouse, Admin, dll
  • Melakukan pengenalan orientasi terhadap karyawan baru
  • Melakukan dokumentasi database karyawan di Area
  • Membantu dan menyelesaikan permasalahan ketenagakerjaan di Area
  • Membantu dalam proses penanganan kecelakaan kerja di Area
  • Memastikan semua proses ketengakerjaan sesuai dengan UU dan Peraturan Perusahaan
Kualifikasi: 
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai HR generalis
  • Merupakan lulusan S-1 Hukum 
  • Memahami UU ketenagakerjaan & peraturan-peraturan ketenagakerjaan
  • Berpengalaman dalam melakukan pengolahan data & sistem HR
  • Detail dan task oriented
  • Dapat bekerja dengan lingkungan kerja yang cepat & dinamis
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik kesemua karyawan termasuk blue-collar
