Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:
  • Membuat kontrak kerja karyawan serta memperbaharui masa berlakunya kontrak kerja.
  • Mengelola kompensasi dan program tunjangan untuk semua Tenaga Kerja di daerah.
  • ?Membantu dalam proses rekrutmen untuk bagian operasional seperti Fleet, Warehouse, Admin, dan lain-lain
  • Melakukan orientasi karyawan terhadap karyawan baru.
  • Membantu dan menyelesaikan masalah karyawan yang timbul.
  • Mempromosi dan melaksanakan strategi HR.
  • Menyimpan file, mencatat, dan memastikan database karyawan secara benar dan tepat.
  • Memastikan semua proses ketengakerjaan sesuai dengan UU dan Peraturan Karyawan.
Kualifikasi: 
  • Merupakan lulusan terbaik Sarjana Hukum
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai HR generalis atau Industrial Relation minimal 2 tahun bekerja
  • Memahami UU ketenagakerjaan & Peraturan HR.
  • Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan Microsoft. 
  • Detail, baik dalam problem solving, dan baik berkomunikasi dengan siapapun. 
  • Dapat bekerja dengan lingkungan yang dinamis.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik kesemua karyawan termasuk blue-collar.
