HUMAN RESOURCES
  • Conduct recruitment process, orientation to new employees and create checklists, briefing or debriefing.
  • Maintain and update personnel data, the job description, employee performance, medical claims and employee attendance.
  • Ensure and implement a clear and transparent procedures, regulations, and existing system. Formulate and implement training for employees, including a comprehensive report of the implementation and analyze the effectiveness of each training
  • Provide coaching and counseling to employees who have problems with their work.
  • Update the general employment policies and bureaucratic in Indonesia, including providing employee data reports to DISNAKER annually.
  • Collect and verify the data of overtime employee then submit to process in Payroll system.
  • Create monthly reports of the employee activities. Do other work mandated by the relevant Manager or Senior Manager in HR related function.
  • Training and Workshop internal and external Create PMD the subordinate.
  • Conduct coaching and mentoring to the subordinate.
  • Supports internal training, external workshops related to the subordinate competency requirements.
  • To perform other management tasks and activities as identified from time to time with CKB‘s (Superior).  
GENERAL AFFAIRS
  • Register company assets in SUB-EI area in detail based on the type of goods, locations and usability
  • Periodically monitor the condition of assets and make improvements and or repair if necessary.
  • Conduct assets disposal that no longer can be used.
  • Checking contract or lease buildings or other facilities proposed by the tenant or the building management, including important documents such as the Land Certificate, IMB, PBB, Monthly Account (Electricity, Water, Waste, and others).
  • Monitor the completeness and functionality of the AC, Alarm, Door Access, CCTV and other equipment inside the building.
  • Fostering cooperation with service providers such as cleaning service, security, and building maintenance.
  • Ensuring the validity of licenses for the existence of CKB in the neighborhood and also permits related to CKB operational activities.
  • Periodically inspect and ensure Fire Alarm System Detector in good condition or stand by.
    Cooperate with the vehicle repair shop for repair operations of operational official vehicles.
  • Monitor and coordinate the due date of vehicle registration, maintain a list of all existing official vehicles and their use.
  • Coordinate with HO or any related vehicle rental company for damage, repair, accident-related insurance claims.
  • Create and update the Standard Operation Procedure for Security and Cleaning Services.
  • Regularly monitor and ensure that the security and cleaning service providers carry out their duties in accordance with procedures specified.
  • Providing guidance and or coaching to the security and cleaning service if needed.
  • Assist in the implementation of the event organized by region.
  • Being part of organizer in the annual event organized by the company in the region, such as: Outing employees, and other event
Minimum Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree, in Human Resources or Any Field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same position / HR & GA  Field
  • Hands on In Logistic Industry is preferable
  • English Language Proficiency
