HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in HR Roles.
  • High passion in HR fields and people enggagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labour law and HR best practices.
  • High knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and persentation skills.
Responsibility
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance of labor laws.
