Responsibilities :
  • Develop & Implement HR strategies & initiatives aligned the overall busness strategies
  • Develop & Monitor overall HR strategies, system an procedures across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relation by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support current & future busness needs through the development, engagement, motivation & preservation of human Capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system thet drives high performance
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR Management
  • Maintain manpower plan in annual basis and provide recruitment
  • Monitoring training & development programs
  • Analyzez wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plain
  • Advice management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues
  • Prepare budget of HR operations
  • Develop and maintain a HR system that meets top management information needs
 
Qualifications :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Age Maximum 46 years old
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Understanding labour law, good knowledge of recruitment, training, organization development & people development
  • Good planning, organizing & controlling skill
  • Analytical, systematic, accurate along with result oriented attitude
  • Mature, confident & proactive person
  • Able to work independently and in group as well
  • Ability to utilize computer application include Microsoft Office
