Job Description :
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Directs visitors by department directories
  • Maintains reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulation
  • Maintains employee attendance system
  • Reporting employee attendance to HR
