  • Minimum 2 year experience with personnel, welfare and Industrial Relationship
  • Excellence communication skill
  • Good negotiation analytic skill
  • Have a knowledge of risk management and labour law
  • Target oriented
  • Good understanding of data analytics
  • Can work as independent and team member
  • Self-starter, Proactive attitude
  • Have desire to learn and try something new
Job Description :
  • To maintain, analyze, and execute IC detail data and working period
  • Maintain IC contract working period based on performance result
  • Maintain and update IC detail data as needed
  • Analyze performance IC (BSC) from Hub as main source data to renewal contract or not
  • Execute EOC process
  • Work closely with Hub, analytic, LNP or third party regarding of incident and accident on IC
  • To maintain data, control claim process for insurance IC
  • Do clean up data on LMS and work closely with Operation System team for system development for IC
  • Analyze and execute for termination by condition

Lazada eLogistics (LeL) is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured around four operating Business Units
  • Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
  • Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
  • Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
