Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Manage offline and online programs for IC engagement
  • Identify and resolve any possible risks and obstacles regarding IC engagement
  • Develop strategies to continuously improve in IC Program sub-function
  • Submit thorough report regularly on relevant matters of recruitment
  • Track and evaluate the progress of any adjustments made within the department
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years working experience as Digital Marketing Manager in Logistic or  Express
  • Previous experience in peer-to-peer industry is a plus
  • Ability to continuously develop programs to support company’s direction
  • Creative thinking / out-of-the-box approach in tackling tasks
  • Detail oriented and meticoulous
  • Good English level
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and third parties
  • Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask

  1. Digital Presence and Marketing
  2.  Google Analytics
  3. Youtube and other Social Media content creations
  4. Community outreach programs
  5. Partnerships for events
