INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING
OUTDOOR SALES SUPERVISOR
(IFF OUTDOOR SALES SUPERVISOR)
 
PT YUSEN LOGISTICS INDONESIA
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customers to conduct ocean/air export & import shipping from submitting quotation to setting up shipments including freight forwading
  • Perform coordination between customers and the operation team as sales view
  • Correspond with customers and overseas group companies via email/phone
  • Visit and communicate with customers
  • Keep existing customers and expand business from existing customers
Requirements :
  • Max. 30 years old
  • Diploma or preferably bachelor (S1) degree from any major
  • Have knowledge of air freight forwarding and ocean freight forwarding customs clearence
  • Have knowledge of government regulation (related to export/import)
  • Have experience in Freight Forwarding Sales as a Supervisor for min. 2 years
  • Have experience in managing a team
  • Help manager in assisting, monitoring, and reviewing the team members’ performance
  • Help manager in preparing a meeting and reports
  • Energetic, good looking, and love challenges
  • Outgoing, eager to learn new things
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Good at both spoken and written English
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Work location: Sunter, North Jakarta
