Position : Import Custom Clearance Staff
 
Jobs Description :
  • Actively coordinating between Clients as well as Overseas agents for its importation documents and processes along with the shipments's schedule for Ocean and Air Shipments.
  • Assigned as an Import Custom Clearance Specialized in monitoring all imports clearance shipments  for Ocean and Air in a team .
  • Actively checking HS Code and PIB (EDI) againts the import documents and licenses. 
  • Proccesing Pre-Alerts import documents to smoothly arranging custom clearance
  • Data entry of the shipment details onto system for invoicing purposes
  • Wiiling to optimize the import clearance process / delivery time together with ensuring efficiency 
  • Working and coordinating positivelywith Marketing/ Import/Operation/Finance  team to generate a satisfied customer and company's perfomances 
 
Skills Requirement : 
  • Candidate must possess at least a D 3 Diploma, any field.
  • Min 30 years old 
  • At least 7 year(s)  of working experience in Import Custom Clearance Position in FREIGHT FORWARDER is required for this position.
  • Great understanding adn knowledge on Ocean and Air Import Custom  Clearance  Skills 
  • Having good knowledge on INSW or Custom BeaCukai for Ocean and Air Shipment 
  • Customer Satisfaction Oriented 
  • Actively and Passionately coordinating between Client - Overseas Agents - Team 
  • Be wiiling to be a Leader
  • Responsive, hard Worker and Task Oriented
  • Computers Literate : MS Office  (Word - Excell - PDF - etc)
  • Capable of writting , reading and speaking English
