RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Control end to end import process (ensure all document and cctivities are in complience with import custom regulation and law)
  • Control custom clearence
  • Negotiate with Clients, Vendors, and Carriers
  • Problem Solving (related with PPJK & import process)
  • Planning and ensure all operation matters related to import shipments are handled efficiently
  • Report to management on activities, issues, and idea for business improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree form any field
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding and/or Logistics
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in import equivalent
  • Certified Customs and Excise Professional (PPJK License) preferred (will be an advantage)
  • Familiar with import document, and must have experience handling Custom Clearance
  • Good communication, leadership, and team work
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline
  • Detail oriented, fast learner and self-motivated
  • Full-time position(s) available
