Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description:
  1. Research potential vendors.
  2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  5. Review quality of purchased products.
  6. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
  7. Making PO, Invoice and Packing List.
  8. Controlling PO, delivery goods, inventory and shipment.
  9. Enter order (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into SAP system.
  10. Preparing and process shipment (custom clearance).
  11. Handling and process import document.
  12. Monitor stock reordering level.
  13. Maintain good records of purchased products, delivery information and invoice.
  14. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoice.
  15. Handle other administrative issue that may arise.
  16. Responsible for monitoring and updating any change in import & export regulations tariff.
  17. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
  18. Develop commodity strategies and daily execution of transactional activities to ensure supply ability.
 
Job Requirements :
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economic and Trade, Economic, Logistic Trading, etc.
  2. Understand custom regulation for sea logistic (import and export), air logistic (import and export), especially HS Code, SNI, Form E.
  3. Understand document for sea logistic (import and export), air logistic (import and export), especially HS Code, SNI, Form E.
  4. Good command of both written and spoken English. Mandarin is a PLUS.
  5. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in export and import purchasing field.
  6. Able to operate SAP system.
  7. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  8. Computer literacy especially in MS Office and basic computer skill (spread sheet, word processing, database management).
  9. Has a strong sense of responsibility.
  10. Has a outgoing character to follow-up, and control orders and shipments for arrive ON TIME.
  11. Well organized, detail oriented and accurate.
  12. Can work well as a team player
  13. Able to work under pressure, result-oriented and hardworking.
