What Will You Do:
- Follow ethical codes that protect the confidentiality of information.
- Translate verbal communications in real time between two parties.
- Translate messages simultaneously or consecutively into specified languages, orally or by using hand signs, maintaining message content, context, and style as much as possible.
- Translate written communications (from emails, presentations, etc.).
- Act as a liaison between two parties, facilitate communications by assisting clients.
- Travel along with the client to assist as personal interpreter.
- Teach english classes from time-to-time for employees.
- Teach writing or communication classes.
- Prepare course materials, such as syllabi, assignments, and handouts.
- Evaluate and grade employees' class work, assignments, and papers.
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
- Maintain employees' attendance records, grades, and other required records.
What are The Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to travel to warehouses mainly across Jakarta but from time to time across other area in Indonesia.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- The ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- The ability to talk to others to convey information effectively.
- The ability to perform for people or dealing directly with the public
- The ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
