Requirements :
  • Previous experience in peer-to-peer industry is a major plus point
  • Strong in digital/paperless processes
  • Experience in handling incidents/accidents in an organization setting
  • Creative thinking / out-of-the-box approach in tackling tasks
  • Detail oriented and meticoulous
  • Good English level
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and third parties
  • Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Description :
  • Manage end-to-end Onboarding processes, Retention, Turn Over of IC’s
  • Identify and resolve any possible risks and obstacles related to IC’s (incidents, accidents, first-responder)
  • Develop strategies to continuously improve in IC Management sub-function
  • Submit thorough report regularly on relevant matters of IC Management
  • Track and evaluate the progress of any adjustments made within the department
