  • Advice Senior Management on strategic HR matters
  • Manage the relation between company and employees
  • Defining and Building the right company culture and employee mindset
  • Design, Develop, Improve and Drive HR Program and initiatives
  • Handle all industrial Relations matter
  • Assist in realizing organization initiatives and corporate objectives from an HR/Talent perspective
Requirement :
  1. At least a Master Degree on Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
  2. At least 7-10 years of HR experience in strategic business partnering either a multinational.
  3. Sound know-how of and experience in the application of HR concept.
  4. Solid oratical experience and knowledge of all HR function (Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, IR).
  5. Excellent people management and leadership skill in recruitment, training and development, coaching, and performance management.
  6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  7. Strong leadership, business acumen, commercial thinking and analytical thinking.
  8. Ability to multitask in fast-paced, manage time and work strict deadlines.
  9. Willing to be placed at Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang, Jawa Barat.
