Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Main function
Ensure all GSL operational inventory are well managed and accurately counted and posted
 
Role & Responsibility
  • Scheduling and conducting PI counts as well as coordinating with Supervisor, Operation Staff
  • Preparing PI counts report including explanation to Warehouse Manager
  • Keeping records for every activity in a good and clear filing system
  • Conducting aisle check to ensure bin accuracy for every client, as well as optimising space and
  • Reporting stock on hand and in regular basis for internal and external purposes (client)
  • Safeguarding stock and maintain bin accuracy
  • Coordinating with client for disposal of damaged goods
  • Helping warehouse team to perform stock transfer, stock adjustment etc
  • Ensure that all operations inventory processes align with procedures
  • Helping  Security and Finance to investigate condition related to goods stealing, Shrinkage, trans-loss and any other discrepancies
 
Personal Qualifications
  • Graduate min. D3 from any major (preferred from Management Logistics)
  • Experience min. 3 years in inventory especially in Supervisor Inventory Control (Warehouse Inventory or PPIC will be more advantage)
  • Good in English (minimal passive)
  • Good understanding of warehousing processes from receiving until delivering
  • Good understading and could operate SAP especially WMS and IMS Module
  • Good understanding and able to develop business process
  • Familiar and having experience with problem solving tools 
  • Good Leadership and could having vision to develop business, people as well as doing continuous improvement
  • Having interest in receiving feedback from others
