Job Purpose :
Supervise appropriate supply and stock with the right product quality to meet the customers’ requirement.
Accountabilities & Key Responsibilities :
o Ensure the performance of the Inventory Control and Customer Service met the KPI.
o “Go Live” success of new business/ systems
o Customer satisfaction survey result and audit result
o Profitable business relationships
o Ensure appropriate supplies and stock levels, minimal yet adequate, and right product quality are maintained to meet customer needs
o Align with customers and vendors for a good and efficient supply pattern, both within cost restraints and consistent with vendors’ lead time
o Ensure a decent inventory planning cycle from sending orders to the suppliers to products being received and stored in the warehouse and an efficient product supply pattern are in place
o Response to special request from customers, changes or unexpected disturbance in product supply or contingent situations
o Oversee the process of order taking and product recovery performed by the Customer Services Team
o Seek proactive understanding of customer needs and achieve total customer satisfaction
o Coordinate with internal resources to offer constructive solutions to satisfy the customers and to support their future growth
o Disseminate product and promotion information to relevant operational teams
o Liaise with operational teams to meet customers’ special requests
o Responsible for the annual departmental budget
o KPI performance management
o Ensure supply chain performance and customer service operation standards
o Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned
o Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the company departments to meet/ exceed customers’ requirements
o Communicate company’s business strategy, goals, priorities and expectation to the Inventory Control and Customer Service department
o Maintain effective communication and working relationship with other Havi organization, such as HFM, HGS.
o Provide feedback on internal improvements.
o Work closely with the other functions to ensure alignment of strategy, priorities and processes.
o Take charge of the communication and relationship with the customers so as to ensure continual alignment in our service to meet customers’ expectation.
o Liaise with external business partners and/ or stakeholders as and when appropriate.
Qualifications :
o Bachelor degree in Business Management, Economics or related disciplines
o Additional qualification in Purchasing or Inventory Control an added advantage
o Strong leadership, people management skills & strategic thinking
o Good numerical sense, sensitive to data and analytical skill
o Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation & customer oriented skills
o Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
o 5 years purchasing, inventory control and customer service experience, of which 3 years in a managerial role
o Exposure to the fast food chain industry and good connection with the shipping industry desirables (for imported products)
