Requirements :
  • Degree or diploma in computer science or related subjects, with preferably, MS certificates such as MCSA/MCSE
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT administration, preferably in a MNC environment
  • Good knowledge in Windows servers, Windows, PC, desktop, TCP/IP, firewall, network and internet technology
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory; Microsoft® Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), preferably with Office 365 experience
  • Analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of Business English, both spoken and written
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, enthusiastic, team player and customer focus
  • Experienced in freight forwarding and logistics business will be an advantage
