Responsibilities:
Accountable for the works and decision being made and able to perform:
  • Planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams
  • Playing a consultative role to put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools, to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate and Facilitate Team for Achieve the project goals
  • Generate Project Report 
Qualification:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Project Management or Agile Coach or Scrum Master
  • Good at communications skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Having experience as a Scrum master or with the Agile Methodology is a plus
  • Having Software Developer (programming) experience is a plus
  • At least Strong knowledge in either Technology or Product or Transformation
