Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree of Computer / Informatics
- At least 2 year of working experience as Business Analyst or IT Project Manager
- Experience with IT new product develoopment and system enhancement. 
- Familiar with project/development life cycle from requirement process until project deployed. 
- Experience on business process mapping, swot/gap analysis and define SOP
- Ability to coordinate between internal and external party
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Good in project/business requirement and technical documentation
- Good in define project/system development plan and organized with strong time-management
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
 
Job Description :
- Manages and Monitor product/system development project
- Manage product/system development schedule and detailed action plan in consistency with manager
- Prepare product/system development documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, analyze and assessment and risk/impact analysis
- Communication with manager for product projects prioritization and ensure  properly resources have allocated.
- Collaborate with all IT team on project details and resources allocation
- Conduct regular project reporting for direct manager
- Work closely with other Departments to resolves any product issue and system enhancement ineed
