Qualification :

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree of Computer / Informatics / Telecomunication
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field (IT Infrastructure, System Engineer, Network Engineer, System Administrator and Database Administrator)
- Understand on design and experience with design network topology : LAN, WAN and DMZ
- Experience on manage Firewall and Network security configuration
- Experience on Virtualization of datacenter and sever
- Experience on manage e-mailing system (Exchange, Zimbra, etc)
- Experience with Data Center monitoring tools/system.
- Experience on manage Servers/Network Backup System
- Familiar with Windows and Linux(server/client) Operating system

Job Description :

- Maintain Data Center performance by performing data center monitoring and analysis
- Troubleshooting network and system problems, and performance tuning
- Escalate and coordinate network support incidents or requests(internal and external/vendor)
- Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring email application
- Backup and Restore Management and Recovery Operations
- Perform IT network cabling, rack assembly, server hardware replacement.
- DC monitoring and support
- Create, maintain and update activity reports, standard operating procedures (SOP), risk and issues logs(ticketing).
