Requirement :
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Good in English both verbal & written
- Have 1-2 Years’ Working Experience in Related Field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Good Team work, Problem Solving, Communication, Initiative and Creative.
 
Specific Skills:
- Good Logical in Troubleshooting Hardware and Software
- Proficient and Capable with OS Windows/Linux, Office Application and any Support Software, Network
- Understand and Comprehend the RDBMS; SQL, MySQL, PhP
 
Job Description :
- Handling and troubleshoot daily matter between user and devices, application/system
- Assist/help user to troubleshooting, repairing and resolving the problem with devices, application/system and network
- Inspect and monitor the license validity period
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports for trouble ticket
- Finish the job and other duties given by leader/supervisor
- Coordination and Cooperate with related parties for any IT matters
