1. Main Responsibilities :
  • Provide Technical Helpdesk Assistance and  Solving for incoming problem and issue related to Change Request Program and Query Data
  • Monitoring & reporting activities daily,weekly,monthly to Superior
2. Background Requeriment :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from Reputable University.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Technical Skill Requeriment :
  • Required Skill(s): System and Database, JAVA, PHP, NET, SQL Server, Mobile Platform
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Have extensive knowledge in IT and in various IT Product
  • Having experience in System and Database Design and Strong Knowledge of Software Implementation Best Practice
  • Having Experience in the Web, Desktop and Mobile Application Development
4. Non Technical Requeriment :
  • Responsibility with Service Level Agreement Corporate
  • Adaptive and flexible to the work environment
  • Good communication skill
  • Team player but can work individually as well
  • Good personality, honest, and have integrity
  • Highly proactive
  • Work location in Cikarang
