TNT Express is an international courier delivery services company with headquarters in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. The firm has fully owned operations in 61 countries and delivers documents, parcels and pieces of freight to over 200 countries.
 
Responsibility :
  • In this role, you will apply specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes within and across departments, to support achievement of regional, divisional and corporate goals.
  • Participates/leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise.
  • You will also provide solutions & serves as liaison between business customers & technology development, responsible for installation & optimization of company’s software products & systems at customer sites within an aligned territory at country/ regional/ global levels, serves as a central point of contact for a defined internal/ external customer base to consult, implement & address problems with customers on automation portfolio and/or deployed technologies (Customer Facing Solution).
Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience : 2-5 year’s related professional experience
