Requirement:
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as IT Manager or IT Infrastructure Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required Certification(s): ITIL foundation certified, Project Management, any IT information security, Technical IT for e.g. MS, Cisco
  • Understand about:
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Cloud, Server, Network and Endpoint security incl. MFA
    • VMWare
    • DB Replication Tools
    • Interfacing Methods and Tools, such as LogiApps, RIS, FTP
    • Software asses management tools implementation and administration
    • IT infrastructure, incl. server
    • IT Security fundementals
    • Devops
    • SDWAN (Sangfor) design and administration
    • Firewalls, spam filtering, etc.
    • Network and performance monitoring tools
    • Automation
Accountability:
Manage the IT support department staff and processes to ensure and continuously improve provisioning of timely, consistent and quality levels of technology support to IT services and it's users.
  1. Awareness and Controls: develop, maintain and socialize IT service management methodologies, skills and tools
  2. Service Management: ensure that IT services are documented, budgeted, administered, planned and monitored
  3. Support: grow and develop mutual beneficiary relationships with customers and external parties regarding  IT services and support, ensure that when IT services are handed over to support,  they are designed, documented and implemented according to quality methods and standards
