What will you do
  • Understanding clients business and there logistics/supply chain needs
  • Responsible for providing client with logistics solution based on Shipper’s offerings
  • Maintains Customers current volume of packages and relationship
  • Works to improve customers volume of warehouse input/output as well as clients subscribed services
  • Troubleshooting any issues client has with service or contact
  • Meets with Client on a regular basis to summarize relationship and how we can improve their logistics experience
 
What are the requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Min 1-year work experience in account management field (fresh grads are welcome)
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
