GENERAL INFORMATION :

JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible to provide support for Technical Superintendent and also for ship, both paperwork and field supervision
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
  1. Maintain vessel performance report :FW consumption monthly report (bar chart), LO Consumption monthly report (bar chart), Consolidated Defect list update
  2. Completion of target : supervise & monitoring assigned activities of technical job & repair for assigned ship
  3. Perform vessel inspection as appointed by technical superintendent (limited to authority given)
  4. Implement company monitoring system in daily activities and give input to Special Project (SPP) team for system improvement in near future
  5. Docking Task : Liaise with Docking team & purchasing Dept. to Prepare Docking specification, spare and materials requirement, coordinate with Docking team to Supervise and Monitoring Docking repair job
  6. Giving advice for maintenance of all machinery and mechanical parts on ship
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Maritime Studies, required candidate with ATT-3 or ATT-2 (Ahli Teknika Tingkat III or II)
  2. Sailing Experience as 3rd Engineer or 2nd engineer. Having experience as Junior Superintendent at least 1 year is an advantage
  3. Solid knowledge of troubleshooting for any mechanical component or machinery on board
  4. Proactive with good problem-solving skills, resourceful and able to work towards deadlines with right sense of urgency
  5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding proficiency in English
  6. Able to join within 1-month notice
