What You Will Do
  • Managing a new and on-boarding project or partner that will be on boarding with Shipper 
  • Accomodate detail requirements that needed by Shipper and Partner for integrating system, the Shipper team specially is Technology Team, Operation Team and Business Development Team 
  • Always following up about the update progress from each team and make sure that the dateline is ontime 
  • Inform to operation division before launching new partner about standart operating procedure to start the go-live product like testing order, marketing program and training to agent about new partner to our agent (our extentions)
  • Incharge and monitoring new partner to Shipper Hub if there are any mistake (make sure SOP running well about new partner)
 
What Are The Requirements
  • Be able to working in Regional Area
  • Have an excellent skill of presentation
  • Bachelor degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer
  • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
  • Have good decision making skill
  • Have a good knowledge in logistics/supply chain
  • Have a good analysing problem and system skill
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience in a start-up is a plus
  • Have a high initiative
  • Have a really good communication
