Requirement ;
  • Minimum D3 in Pharmaceutical
  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in warehouse / logistics and distribution as Key Account/ Administration/Inventory area (Supervisor/Assistant Manager)
  • Understand all warehouse business process especially for Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Able to create & develop new technical procedures related to warehouse activity for Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Good Leadership and Managerial Skill
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Good in English (active)
  • Good PC literate in MS Office, WMS, Database, SAP
Job Description ;
  • Ensure the quality of service meets client’s requirement
  • Manage team discipline, process accuracy and effectiveness of warehouse process to align with client requirement
  • Report all necessary report in daily, weekly, and monthly report to related parties such as daily pending report, daily achievement, weekly achievement, and problem
  • Communicate with respective client and  internal party for inbound, outbound and any other warehouse activity and ensuring the process run smoothly 
  • Update any changes procedure and coordinate with clients and also respective department in GSL to ensure all process always align with client requirement
  • Create corrective action and preventive action when discrepancy occur and improvement needed to ensure current activities align with customer requirements.
  • Lead and ensure regular KPI meeting with respective client are implemented and any action plan occurs are well executed.
  • Ensure that all client's procedure are well understood by all respective and meet the level of proficiency agreed by the client.
