Responsibilities : 
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Requirements :
  • Experience in B2B sales and providing solutions based on customer needs, preferably in logistics/SCM
  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Strong network in FMCG industry on their logistics side, both ops and procurement
  • Excellent negotiation and organization skills
  • Strong business acumen, collaboration, customer focus and problem-solving skills

Lazada eLogistics (LeL) is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured around four operating Business Units
  • Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
  • Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
  • Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
