Steering and coordinating Country Key Account activities
Enhance and deploy a business development strategy focused on the client’s needs, industry challenges and deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations resulting in new and expanded business in Indonesia
Perform significant interaction with regional head office & colleagues
Set and exceeding the budgeted accounts, local key accounts business across supply chain solutions
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving & strategic management skills are required to establish overall strategy and direction
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze abstract, multifaceted problems and influence decisions
Knowledge and understanding of logistics operations across multiple modes, i.e. Airfreight, Oceanfreight, Warehousing & Land Transportation
Fluent in written and spoken English (more languages are beneficial)
Soft Sills:
Exceptional leadership, people management, interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
