Job Decriptions:
  • Experienced in Land Acquisition for Jabodetabek area
  • Plan, direct and coordinate all land acquisition activities
  • Identify and qualify potential land acquisitions in alignment with division goals
  • Develop business community relationships and scout other avenues for possible acquisitions
  • Negotiate the acquisition of properties with landowners, attorneys or brokers
  • Maintain knowledge of market activities, trends, and opportunities and generate prospective land deals through networking with industry and local contacts, brokers, developers, land owners, and others
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Land Acquisition. Experience from big name developer is preferred
  • Ability to coordinate and Liaison for permissions from all government and regulatory and authorities for acquisition
  • Ability to develop land acquisition methods and plans
  • Actively seek potential land acquisition opportunities and provide consultation for clients
