Responsibility :
  • Support Learning and Development Manager to implement Learning and Development initiatives
 
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have a good knowledge and experience in human resources, the cycle of people development
  • Have a good understanding and experience conduct training
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Communication skills, spoken and written ( English and local language)
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Full-Time position(s) available
