About us

Responsibilities

  • Planning, Coordinate and initiate Certified Agenda

  • Planning, coordinate and initiate local initiatives, as well as coordinate with respective person to execute it

  • to create and initiate Development Program, including but not limited to In Class Training - On the Job Training and E-Learning program

  • to control post training - training effectiveness and training evaluation. 

  • to create Development events - Career Week Career Expo etc

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, Social Background

  • Experience 3 years in same position

  • English Fluently is a must

  • Have Experience deliver training, facilitating

  • Have knowledge in training matrix, skill matrix.

  • Willing to mobile

  • Have strong passion in communication and persuade
