Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

As a learning consultant to the company by supporting learning & development activities
Responsible for conducting end to end learning process
Responsible for supporting learning operation (maintaining training database, training report & others)
Monitor the progress of learning process - trainee’s individual development plan, and review the progress of trainees

Requirements:

Freshgraduates or 1 year experience
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Able to communicate in English is a must (oral &written)
Understanding of end to end learning & training process
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Ms. Excel and Powerpoint
Agile and adaptive in various situation
