Responsibilites :
  • As a learning consultant to the company by supporting learning & development activities
  • Responsible for conducting end to end learning process
  • Responsible for supporting learning operation (maintaining training database, training report & others)
  • Monitor the progress of learning process - trainee’s individual development plan, and review the progress of trainees
Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 year experience 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline  
  • Able to communicate in English is a must (oral &written)
  • Understanding of end to end learning & training process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Ms. Excel and Powerpoint
  • Agile and adaptive in various situation
