You'll do:
  • Responsible for all aspect of L&D since planning, executing, and reviewing.
  • Responsible to develop and plan Curiculum design for Learning & Development purposes.
  • Creating exciting and extensive Learning program for all employees
  • Developing Employee Engagement programs
  • Partnering with Business Leader to identify something that needed to be improved in term of Development.
  • Creating standard for Learning & Development
  • Business trip to Our Operation floor when needed
You'll need:
  • Young, Agile, And ready to do Extra Mille.
  • No More than 35 Years old.
  • Having more than 5 years experience specialization in training, learning & development, comes from Logistic industry will be a huge advantage.
  • Minimum bachelor degree with Psychology degree or equivalent related to L&D.
  • Strategic plan and outstanding analytic skills.
  • Love Learning and Train people, yet you must plan the best for company's perspective also.
  • Great administration skills i.e; Ms Office, Development Plan, Timeline, Project Management.
  • Proactive and ready to do extra mile.
  • Fun and Energetic person.
