Responsibilities
  • To conduct Legal Due Diligence for strategic partner’s candidate comprehensively
  • To communication with all internal department to make sure business operation matters can be settled 
  • To provide correspondence between company and other third party
  • To provide Summary of legal documentation
  • To review standard agreement or any legal document
  • To profred of legal document
  • To Legal research
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Of Law Faculty major in Civil Law, Business Law,  from reputable university, 
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Legal Contract.
  • Required Skill(s): Good Communication, Good Analytical skill, Creative problem solving, Detail and initiative, Good Organisation, Resilience and self-confidence, Information analysis and research
  • Having knowledge about Legal Drafting due diligence
  • Having knowledge about KYC
  • Experience in Rent Company, Finance Company or Banking
