Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law Major in Business Law, Civil Law, International Law.
Required language(s): English is a must
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required skill(s): Experienced in financial services company with proper knowledge in financial services law more preferable or Banking
Experienced in legal corporate matter as well as knowledge in company law is a must
Experienced in handling compliance works with knowledge in regulations related to know your customer principle more preferable
Experienced in standard legal skill legal review and legal drafting is a must, english ability in writing and verbal (intermediate proficiency level is accepted)
To give legal opinion/advise,
To review regulation and communication it to other
To maintain and handle Risk Management
Regulation knowladge in general and OJK Regulation.
