Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
  • Creating good working relationship and communication with all employees and bipartite.
  • Review and revise the Company Regulations (PP) as well as applicable work policies and procedures.
  • Enforce employee discipline according to company regulations and process any disciplinary actions undertaken by employees.
  • Have an understanding related to the issues of Industrial Relations and Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Actively conduct consultation and provide advice to management (legal opinion).
  • Follow up investigation of cases involving employees and harming the company’s good image.
  • Manage complaints of employees.
Requirements :
  1. Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
  2. At least 5 years of strong and proven experiences in Legal contract & Industrial Relations
  3. Familiar with logistics industry will be advantage
  4. Excellent communication skill (Presentation skill, public speaking skill, communication strategy setup, interpersonal skill)
  5. English is a MUST
  6. Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
