We are looking for great talent to be a part of our legal department. The successful candidate should have deep understanding about Indonesian law and strong legal acumen with great leadership capability.
 
Job Descriptions:
    • Draft and review various legal documents (including MoU and permission to run the business and government reporting requirements)
    • Will be responsible in communicating with third parties to provide advices in legal matters and dealing with legal issues
    • Supervise legal staff to provide desired outcomes

Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law
    • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Possess excellent understanding of the various business-related laws
    • Able to work under pressure and have high integrity
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Mature, detail oriented, self motivated, independent, and able to work individually as well as in a team
    • Having some experience about shipping document
    • Willing to be placed in Surabaya
