JOB DESC:
  • Lead Specific task teams, when required, in the review of more complex/resource intensive cases, including managing the review team and the overall structure, standard and performance of the review in line with BOD/Management.
  • Conduct due dilligence.
  • Assist in conducting a preliminary review of cases for consideration of the BOD.
  • Assist in revising and editing draft statements of reasons prior to submission to the Board to ensure high standards, including reporting half-yearly to the Board on targets for completion of cases.
  • Assist in monitoring progress of the review of cases, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Provide legal opinions derived from the data in the Legal Audit.
  • Provide suggestion for company to take a decision in legal related field by its legal opinions in proper form.
  • Contract Agreement Review.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having Litigation Experience and PERADI License is a Must.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
  • Willing to work in Cilandak.
  • Willing to do business trip.
