Overview:
Oversee, control and manage overall execution of Linehaul across Indonesia


Job Descriptions
 
  • Ensuring parcels are delivered on time throughout all regions in Indonesia.
  • Ensure and support resources rotation in terms of vehicle, drivers, departure waves, and routes.
  • Coordinate with PICs in regions across Indonesia to improve execution and adhere to Linehaul KPI.
  • Provide coaching and support for teams in regional to improve their performance.
  • Promote safety behaviors through vehicle audit and effective resource management
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from any Major with minimum 5 years of Experience.
  • Must have experience in Logistic, Operations and Supply Chain industry.
  • Experience in managing large team and fleet of vehicles.
  • Must have experience with Vendor or Third Party services that related to Linehaul.
  • Exceptional Communication skill is a must
  • A good problem solver with possession of negotiation skills.
  • Great teamwork skills and strong self-motivation.
  • Good time management skills are essential, especially the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • High proficiency with computer software programs; Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
