Requirements :
  • University Degree along with a specialist logistics and supply chain qualifications preferred.
  • Approximately 4-5 years’ relevant experience in logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Advance understanding of operation management, productivity and efficiency.
  • True field leader, influencer and motivator.
  • Data and root cause analysis.
  • Having capability for Forecasting, Mentoring, Report preparations, Presentation, Project Management.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good personality, fully dedicated and excellent leadership skill
Responsibilities :
As the Line Haul & Shuttle Manager for the LEL Express business, the incumbent is expected to manage the network of linehaul solutions that will drive and reinforces LEL Express business goals.
  • Understand, execute & continuously maintain the logistic project’s performance launched by Senior Manager level by coordination with others function within organization & local logistics provider.
  • Examine monthly cost & OTP performance with supervisor level and local logistics provider to ensure our performance are align with LHS department goals.
  • Keep updated with government policy & regulation which could affect LH&S services and create contingency plan to maintain LHS performance.
  • Work closely with supervisor level to measure, establish and monitor local logistics provider’s performance to achieve
  • number of vehicles are within LHS most efficient requirement as provided by Senior LHS Manager.
  • Implementing SOPs and Policies in relation to LHS Safety and Security provided by Regional LHS.
  • Ensure that shipment moving by the most effective linehaul at the most cost effective level
  • In conjunction with Sort and Last Mile teams, establish optimum cut-offs times that will allow for the highest number parcels delivered on time. Regularly review these cut-offs given changes in volume and Hubs foot print.

  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
