Requirements :
  • University Degree along with a specialist logistics and supply chain qualifications preferred.
  • Approximately 3 years’ relevant experience in logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Advance understanding of operation management, productivity and efficiency.
  • True field leader, influencer and motivator.
  • Data and root cause analysis.
  • Having capability for Forecasting, Mentoring, Report preparations, Presentation, Project Management.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good personality, fully dedicated and excellent leadership skill
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya Area
Responsibilities :
In conjunction with Sort and Last Mile teams, establish optimum cut-offs times that will allow for the highest number parcels delivered on time. Regularly review these cut-offs given changes in volume and Hubs foot print.
  • Working with analyst functions to monitor Linehaul & Shuttle’s performance by providing weekly & monthly data to Manager level.
  • Deliver instruction from Manager to staff level and related department correctly to avoid miscommunication & misunderstanding during project on site execution.
  • Work with Fleet to get additional units when required during campaign period.
  • Ensure that vehicles are maximized on utilization & trip numbers.
  • Implementing SOPs and Policies in relation to Linehaul & Shuttle Safety and Security provided by Regional LH&S.
  • Work closely with sub-ordinate to correctly implement ground & air movement using the applicable system provided.
  • Work with Sortation & Hubs to make sure shuttle & linehaul depart on time as agreed cut off time.
  • Provide additional shuttle from sortation to hubs when required when sortation having disruption issue.
