One of our client, a logistic solution for financial services (banking, multi finance, P2P lending, insurances, payment gateway) is looking for Operation Manager to handle logistic management and lead teams / their agents.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Inspect goods to be delivered to ensure that they are in the right quantity and quality
  • Supervise the loading of such goods into vehicles for delivery
  • Liaise with transportation companies to create a good working relationship
  • Give vivid directions and guidelines to shipping agents, and maintain communication with them
  • Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes
  • Prepare invoice for orders and deliveries as evidence of a transaction
Requirements:
  • Experience 5-10 years in the logistic company / 3PL / digital logistic company / logistic for e-commerce
  • Range age 28-40 years old
  • Strong knowledge of logistics management for efficient service delivery
  • Able to plan and organize activities for efficient delivery of goods and manage team
  • Willing to work from scratch in start-up company
